1.When can I get the quotation?

We usually quoted within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we can regard your inquiry priority.


2.How to confirm your items with your own logo and design quickly？

If your have your own logo available, please kindly send us the AI file for the logo, our colleague will finish the layout all according to your AI file. If it is not complicated, also we can finish the artwork using JPG file.

Note: Any Pantone color will be available for the lanyard and logo!


3.How should I place the order ?
Please let us know the material, size, logo method, attachment, and packing. Please show us your arts, or let us know your request, and then we will provide you layout for confirmation.


4.What about the lead time for production ?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For sublimation lanyards, itis about 7-10 days. For silk screen printing lanyards, which need about 15-20 days,  

and about 20-25days for woven lanyards.


5.What is the term of delivery ?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
